We allocated bonds with a total value of PLN 25 million. Demand amounted to more than 48 million zlotys, subscriptions were accepted from 929 investors. The offering closed with 48 percent. reduction.
Once again, we were able to fully float our bond offering in a challenging market. This confirms that in the eyes of investors we are a reliable and stable Company that is growing rapidly, as evidenced by the results we achieved in the first quarter of 2023

We closed Q1 2023 with a very good result. We served 8,323 entrepreneurs – 62% more than in the same period last year. The growth rate of turnover (nominal value of financed receivables) reached 30% y/y (PLN 435 million).We are also carrying out plans for the dynamic development of embedded finance services in a partnership model. In Q1 2023, they brought in PLN 95 million in turnover and growth of 55%.
