*As part of the Base Prospectus for Unsecured Bonds, the Offering Document for Unsecured Bonds, together with the Registration Document, constitutes the base prospectus in the form of a set of documents issued by the Issuer, prepared in connection with the public offering and the intention to apply for admission to trading on a regulated market of unsecured bonds issued under the 7th Public Bond Issuance Program with a total par value not exceeding 500,000,000 zlotys. (“Base Prospectus for Unsecured Bonds”).
