The financial sector is playing a leading role in the transformation leading to a sustainable economy and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Being among the market leaders of non-bank financial institutions, we realize the need to focus on global challenges that are gaining importance all the time. The trend of conducting responsible business, investors’ expectations, legal requirements and, in particular, society’s growing awareness of sustainability, climate change, respect for human dignity and freedom, as well as workers’ rights, have inspired us to prepare this summary. At the same time, in this report we want to present the basic directions for further activities of PragmaGO S.A. This report is a summary of non-financial information of PragmaGO S.A. prepared by us for the first time in the company’s history. In the study, we present information from the non-financial report scope, including data for 2022, covering environmental, social and corporate issues. We have also included here the most important events of the first quarter of 2023, i.e. primarily the expansion of the company’s Board of Directors.
