We have published PragmaGO Group’s financial statements and sustainability report for 2024
It was a record year. PragmaGO Capital Group was joined by: Monevia (the market leader in financing single sales invoices) and Telecredit IFN (Omnicredit), a Romanian fintech specializing in digital factoring.
With this, we have begun overseas expansion, which opens up entirely new opportunities for developing and scaling our business model.
We have achieved:
- Sales revenues at PLN 113 million (45% y/y growth),
- PLN 11 million (+59% y/y) in net profit,
- significant increase in the scale of operations: assets as of December 31, 2024 increased to PLN 560 million compared to PLN 360 million as of December 31, 2023 (+56% y/y).
We maintain a safe level of debt – net financial debt as of December 31, 2024 was 269% of equity, with a level of 400% allowed according to PragmaGO’s financial covenants.
What we are most pleased about, however, is the increase in the number of customers (30% year-on-year) – entrepreneurs, which is confirmation that our financial services meet their expectations. In 2024, we served 21,600 companies.
In the sustainability report, we summarize our ESG activities. We have worked to level the playing field in access to capital for micro and small businesses – especially those in smaller towns.
We focused on digitizing and automating credit decisions and educational initiatives.
