PragmaGO SA has been an issuer of bonds listed on the Catalyst market since 2011. As of 30.09.2024, we have issued a total of 33 series of bonds (in PLN) with a total nominal value of PLN 550.8 million. We repaid maturing issues on or before the due date, always in cash, without the so-called rolling.
We have been successfully issuing unsecured bonds since 2023, and in 2024 we issued our first issue in EUR, which closed with a 17% reduction in subscriptions.
PragmaGO S.A. has so far paid its bond investors more than PLN 78 million in interest and premiums.
