PragmaGO has successfully completed an offering of three-year* unsecured corporate bonds, raising an amount of PLN 50 million. Subscriptions were made by 1,415 investors.
The bonds will be listed on the WSE’s Catalyst regulated market. The interest rate on the bonds is variable (based on WIBOR 3M + 4.25 percentage points) and will be 9.44% in the first interest period.

We successfully completed a series D4 issue, raising a total of PLN 50 million. This is the largest issue of unsecured debt securities in PragmaGO’s history. Despite the exercise of the over-allotment option, investor demand exceeded supply, which translated into a reduction in subscriptions. The company enjoys the confidence of investors, who recognized its record financial results for the first quarter of 2025. PragmaGO financed receivables worth PLN 720 million in the first quarter of this year, 36% more than in the same period of 2024. The number of customers using the Company’s services increased by 39% year-on-year in the period to 13,400. A total of PLN 183 million in financing was provided in the embedded finance segment (BNPL B2B, Merchant Cash Advance B2B), an increase of 67% compared to the first quarter of 2024.
