Tomasz Boduszek
President, Chief Executive Officer
Since 2011, he is President of the Board of Directors of PragmaGO SA. He built the PragmaGO Group from scratch. He transformed a debt collection start-up with an initial capital of PLN 50,000 into a fast-growing fintech company. Tomasz Boduszek has experience in successful business development through M&A. He has participated in eight such transactions (five times as CEO of the buying side and three times as CEO of the selling side, and the value of the transactions amounted to several hundred million PLN). Since 2022 he has been managing various companies of the PragmaGO Group, listing them on New Connect, the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the Catalyst bond market.

Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Economist with more than 20 years of experience, including as Director of the Investment Banking Department at BDM Brokerage House. He specializes in investment banking and financial and stock market analysis. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and has completed numerous trainings in JBO, MBO, M&A, accounting (PSR, IAS, US GAAP), public securities law, commercial law. PragmaGO expert in the field of financial market analysis and macroeconomics, speaker for Puls Biznesu and specialized portals such as obligacje.pl, inwestycje.pl, etc.

She specializes in embedded financial services for businesses, introducing new solutions for Polish entrepreneurs. She coordinates the work of a team of managers responsible for cooperation with partners such as Allegro, imoje, Polskie ePłatności and InFakt. He has been professionally associated with PragmaGO since 2010, where he has been the Sales Director since 2018, leading a team of more than a dozen people. He actively participates in the development of financial products and solutions based on the changing needs of Polish entrepreneurs. He conducts trainings on factoring for financial intermediaries.

Dariusz Prończuk
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
A graduate of the Foreign Trade Faculty at the Warsaw School of Economics. He is a Managing Partner of Enterprise Investors sp. z o.o. and a member of its Management Board. He is also a member of the Supervisory Boards of companies in the Enterprise Investors portfolio, currently also of Vehis Sp. z o.o. and Unilink S.A. He has 35 years of experience in private equity and corporate finance in the Central European region. Since 1993, he has led Enterprise Investors in more than 20 investments, mainly in the financial services, IT, construction and FMCG sectors, including investments in Lukas, Comp Rzeszów (now Asseco Poland), COMP, Magellan, Kruk, Netrisk and AVG.

He holds an MBA from the École nationale des ponts et chaussées in Paris and the University of Bristol. He started his professional career in 1996 at First Polish-American Bank S.A. In 2004 he became Vice President of the Management Board of Fortis Bank S.A. In 2008 – 2012 he was a member and then President of the Management Board of Bank DnB NORD Polska S.A. In 2012 – 2013 he held the position of President of the Management Board of Bank DnB NORD Polska S.A. From 2012 to 2013 he served as Vice President of the Management Board of Getin Holding SA. From 2013 to 2015 he was President of the Management Board of Meritum Bank ICB S.A. From 2015 to 2019 he was First Vice President of the Management Board of Nest Bank S.A.

Grzegorz Grabowicz

Graduated from the Faculty of Management and Marketing at the University of Lodz in 1998, specializing in accounting. In 2010 he completed a program organized by Nottingham Trent University and WSB at the University of Poznan, obtaining an EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) degree. He is also a chartered accountant. Since January 2019 he has been a member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of Mabion S.A.. He gained his knowledge and experience in management by successively working: in the audit department of Deloitte from 1998 to 2003, in 2003 as Financial Controller in BFF Polska S.A. (formerly Magellan S.A.), from 2004 to 2017 as Chief Financial Officer of BFF Polska S.A. and Vice President of the Management Board of BFF Polska S.A. From 2010 to 2013 he was President of the Management Board of MEDFinance S.A. From 2007 to 2017 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Magellan Czech Republic and Magellan Slovakia. In 2013-2017 he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MEDFinance S.A. She graduated from the L. Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management in Warsaw with a degree in Finance and Banking. She has more than 21 years of sales experience, including more than 20 years in the field of electronic payments in e-commerce. She has been responsible for managing direct and indirect sales and has held management positions in companies such as eCard, eService, PayU and Straal. Since 2021 she has been managing the company BISCOM as the successor of Sebastian Bryzek.

From 2008 to 2017 he was a member of the Management Board of Pragma Collect sp. z o.o. (now Pragma Faktor sp. z o.o.). He studied Computer Science and Econometrics and Law at the University of Warsaw. He has 10 years of experience in private equity. From 2010 to 2013 he worked as an analyst and associate at Kulczyk Investments. In October 2013 he joined Enterprise Investors (EI). He started his career at EI as an Analyst, then was promoted to Chief Investment Officer, and in July 2019 assumed the position of Vice President. He has also served on the supervisory boards of several Enterprise Investors portfolio companies in the high-tech and financial services sectors and is currently a member of the supervisory board of Unilink S.A., based in Warsaw.

He started his professional career at BPH S.A. Bank. From 2007 to 2012 he worked at the software company Empathy and then for three years at Unity Group. He worked his way through all IT ranks – from programmer to director – to finally join PragmaGO in 2015. For the first six years he was CEO of PragmaGO.tech, and since 2021 he is also CTO of PragmaGO S.A. He leads a team of nearly 40 developers, UX/UI specialists and is responsible for the company’s technology strategy.

Since 2019, he has been responsible for the development of Monevia’s distribution network, and since 2024, he has been a member of the Board of Directors.

An expert in corporate finance, she effectively combines strategic knowledge with operational practice.
