Get to know the PragmaGO Group

We specialize in financial services aimed at micro, small and medium-sized companies. We create our solutions from the ground up – we are both a source of financing and a developer of the technology necessary to distribute them through diverse channels.

OUR MISSION

We support entrepreneurs in their daily activities and together with them we are changing the Polish economy. In response to the needs of SME companies, we create solutions that allow them to gain permanent and stable access to financing. This gives the entrepreneur financial security, allows them to grow and achieve further business goals. We constantly invest in technology so that the process of obtaining financing requires minimal involvement from the client. We are at the “fingertips” – at the place and time when the client needs us.

Our role in the financial system

SMEs are a segment that has limited access to bank financing. We are reaching out to it:

We create digital services that are intuitive and secure,
We deliver them where entrepreneurs
do their business – including through our partners,
Most of our clients are JDGs or micro-companies operating mainly in smaller towns,
We level the playing field for them in accessing working capital .

We are developing financial technology

PragmaGO.tech (a subsidiary) is a team of more than 40 developers and UX/UI specialists,
Many technological solutions are created from scratch,
we use a modern tech stack,
we provide cyber security.

We responsibly manage credit risk:

We have developed a proprietary credit risk assessment model,
for embedded finance, we use anonymized transaction data transferred automatically from the partner’s environment,
The analysis of many types of data allows us to reduce the risk of over-indebtedness of the customer,
We have internal databases built on several hundred thousand customer transactions,
We explore the relationships between disparate data sources so we can tailor financing to meet the individual needs of the client company,

PragmaGO Group structure

In 2021, Polish Enterprise Funds SCA became the majority shareholder of PragmaGO SA (as the Parent Company of the Parent Company).

The PragmaGO Capital Group includes:

Probably like a bank, only convenient and fast

PragmaGO SA – Parent company and financial institution with over 27 years of experience, providing a source of financing for clients. PragmaGO SA obtains financing through, among others, bond issues on the Catalyst market, or cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The company maintains the highest equity in the non-bank sector with low debt ratios. This guarantees the implementation of even large and long-term projects.
The recipients of PragmaGO brand communications are entrepreneurs. Distribution of services under the PragmaGO brand is carried out online (pragmago.pl) and through broker networks. These include, for example, Expander, Notus Finance, and Platinum Financial.

Products under the PragmaGO brand:

digital factoring – flexible and available online. We finance invoices based on a fixed contract or cooperation from time to time, for small and large amounts (from 500 PLN to 15 million PLN). We guarantee the support of a customer advisor and free insurance and monitoring of receivables in factoring with a fixed contract.
embedded finance:

PragmaPay:
– the first BNPL for B2B on the Polish market that matches the convenience and speed standards in the consumer segment,
– automatic financing decision within 3 minutes,
– defer payment by 14, 30, 60 days or spread into installments,
– User Experience solutions tailored to the needs of SMEs,
– high financing limits (from PLN 100 to even up to PLN 50,000).

Merchant Cash Advance – financing based on close technical integration with the partner. Merchant receives an individual financing proposal where he conducts his business (e.g. in the customer area of the marketplace platform where he makes sales). The limit is calculated automatically based on, among other things, anonymized historical data about the customer’s cooperation with the partner (turnover, transaction value) and PragmaGO’s own scoring algorithms.

The amount of installments can be adjusted according to the value of the company’s turnover in the partner’s environment (e.g. sales through a payment terminal). Repayment can be automatic, without the entrepreneur’s involvement.
PragmaGO clients have access to the Client Zone, an online platform where they can manage their financial products from anywhere at any time.

You do the business, we`ll do the finance.

PragmaGO.tech – Subsidiary of PragmaGO SA, a technology provider. PragmaGO.tech’s team includes more than 40 developers and UX/UI specialists and experienced managers. The company develops proprietary technology solutions and processes – both in the areas of analytics, financing risk and scoring, online customer environment and integration with partner ecosystems. These include, for example, marketplace platforms, payment card operators and SaaS store software providers.
It is a brand for innovative embedded finance B2B products aimed at partners and potential partners who want to integrate financial services and offer them to business customers. By doing so, PragmaGO.tech partners increase profits, competitiveness and build loyalty of their customers. PragmaGO.tech and its partner create a synergistic effect – reaching hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs in a single moment, who get access to financing for their business.

PragmaGO.tech partners have access to the Partner Zone – an online panel where they can check billing, contract statuses, and download marketing materials.
Gross Ltd. – Subsidiary of PragmaGO SA, offering online financing in the form of targeted loans, tax and Social Security financing and factoring.
Monevia sp.z o.o. Subsidiary of PragmaGO SA . Leader in the market of financing single sales invoices(invoice discounting). This is invoice financing without a fixed contract and the obligations arising from it, 100% online. Monevia has developed User Experience solutions, thanks to which it is possible to finance receivables of low denominations (as low as PLN 700 or EUR 200), with an initial limit of PLN 50,000. Monevia’s solutions are appreciated especially by companies operating in the TSL segment, where the time of access to funds is crucial for the execution of subsequent orders.
