PragmaGO Group reached PLN 2.3 billion (up 32% y/y) in the value of financed receivables in the first three quarters of 2025, a record result that was driven by the high growth rate of granted financing in both
- Merchant Cash Advance and PragmaCash: 5,508 customers (up 86% y/y), PLN 385.0 million (up 107% y/y) in financing provided,
- BNPL B2B and PragmaPay 15,085 customers (up 27% y/y), PLN 233.8 million (up 34% y/y) worth of financed purchases in three quarters of 2025.
PragmaGO also attracted 33% more clients than in the same period last year – more than 23,000 companies used the Company’s financial services. They financed more than half a million transactions, an increase of 75% year-on-year.
“In three quarters we achieved almost the same value of financed receivables as in the whole of 2024. We have consistently focused on the development of embedded finance solutions, as we believe they are the future of financing for micro and small businesses – both in traditional trade and e-commerce. Embedded finance provides entrepreneurs with immediate access to funds for day-to-day operations – right where they run their business (e.g. in the customer panel of a payment terminal operator). We are systematically expanding our partner base in Poland and developing new partnerships abroad, focusing primarily on Romania and the Central and Eastern European region.” – says Tomasz Boduszek, CEO of PragmaGO.
PragmaGO is introducing PragmaCash (Merchant Cash Advance financing) to the Romanian market. The service is provided by Omnicredit, a fintech owned by PragmaGO Group since 2024. PragmaGO’s management plans further expansion, including into Western European markets.
In Poland, under the embedded finance model (BNPL and Merchant Cash Advance), PragmaGO cooperates with the largest players in the market, among others: Allegro, Polskie ePłatności, PayTel, Tpay, Comfino (Comperia Group) and Przelewy24.
In September, PragmaPay, or deferred payments for business, won the prestigious Chamber of Electronic Economy’s E-commerce Poland Awards in the Best e-commerce B2B tool/technology/service category.
PragmaGO is also doing well in the Catalyst-listed bond market. In October, the company successfully completed an offering of three-year* bonds and raised PLN 30 million. Subscriptions were made by 981 investors, a reduction of 57.8%.
