Omnicredit, a Romanian fintech specializing in factoring for the SME sector, is changing its name to PragmaGO. This is a new chapter in the company’s development within the international PragmaGO Group, based in Poland.

In just two years, PragmaGO Group has built a presence in three foreign markets. After Romania and Spain, the company is entering Croatia to provide local SMEs with modern financial solutions in the embedded lending model.

In this year’s edition, PragmaGO ranked 453rd in Europe and 12th among Polish companies, meeting stringent criteria for scale of operations, growth rate and its organic nature.

On February 19, 2026, during the Loan Magazine Awards Gala, Monevia sp. z o.o., a member of the PragmaGO Group, was honored with the title of Factor of the Year.

This is the second foreign market – after Romania – where PragmaGO will develop financial services for SMEs. As a first step, entrepreneurs in Spain will gain access to PragmaCash, or Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) financing.
